Our fish are guarantee 100% alive arrival and goes thru quarantine period before shipping. Please takes unboxing photo/video (while fish still in shipping bag) for proofs of refund. Please also make sure your tank are fully cycled before getting new fish.We do not refund for fish that are not survive after being taken out of the shipping bag.
